Your session may include a combination of professional headshots, behind-the-scenes moments, lifestyle portraits, products, services, and workspace images—creating a versatile collection you can use across your website, social media, and marketing materials.

Before your session, we can talk on the phone or through email to discuss your vision, goals, and brand. From there, we'll create a customized shot list and review everything you'll need to prepare for a smooth, successful session.

• One location or two nearby locations

For larger teams, multiple photography days may be required to ensure an efficient and seamless experience.
Additional photography days: $175 per day, which includes travel (up to 30 miles), setup, and breakdown. Additional mileage, parking fees, tolls, and permit fees, if applicable, are additional.

A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

Corporate Photography Day Rates

For organizations with multiple departments, several office locations, or a mix of headshots and environmental branding images.
